Welcome to Amate Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving services from Amate Aesthetics, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your appointment.
1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by direct communication.
By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Amate Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, failure to follow studio policies, or any circumstance that may compromise the well-being of our clients or business.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice (no-show) will be charged the applicable no-show fee and may be required to prepay future appointments. These policies help protect the time reserved specifically for you and allow us to accommodate
other clients.
3. Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for services lasting 20 minutes or longer. A 5-minute grace period applies to services lasting 10–15 minutes. If you arrive beyond the grace period, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled. Applicable late or cancellation fees may apply.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated. We accept approved payment methods listed through our booking platform. All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Outstanding balances, cancellation fees, or no-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
5. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing Amate Aesthetics of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, or treatments that may affect waxing services. For your safety, certain conditions or medications may prevent waxing services from being performed.
Amate Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical information.
6. Results & Aftercare
Waxing results vary based on hair growth, skin type, consistency of appointments, and proper aftercare. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided during or after their appointment. Failure to follow recommended aftercare may affect healing and overall results.
7. Personal Conduct
Amate Aesthetics is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free environment. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, abusive language, intoxication, or misconduct will result in the immediate termination of the appointment and may result in refusal of future services.
8. Website Use
All content on this website, including logos, branding, photographs, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Amate Aesthetics and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with waxing services. Amate Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, except where required by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
Amate Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
